My Share: SplitzBill also provides an easy way to calculate exactly what your share of the bill should be. After all, why should you pay for your friends $10 cocktails when you just ordered water. This was my main motivation for creating the app. That and the fact that one day I realized much to my embarrassment I was short changing my friends. While I added up the items I bought and mentally calculated a 20% tip, I’d forget my share of the sales tax. My Share helps you easily calculate your fair share of the bill.
Settings: Allows you to set default tip and sales tax rate and whether you prefer to tip before or after sales tax is added.
